Today's the Day

Hey dolls! Back at last... did you miss me?! Well, if so, you're going to have to miss me a little more because today is the big day; our move at long last to Fargo. We got home from our flight late on Wednesday and had the awesome opportunity to have a little going away get-together with my best friends, which was super nice. Then Thursday consisted of unpacking from vacation and packing up everything we had at the house, getting ready, and I got to see my big sis, Danielle. Yesterday we picked up our rental truck and spent hours loading it up with everything that was in our storage unit, then going home and loading the rest of the stuff that we packed up the day before. A few things put in the truck by sunrise and we're off to the new apartment!

Going to school is so very important to me, but I won't lie, this time is different than the first time I moved to Fargo for college. Back then, my life was so much easier (NOTE: EASIER, not necessarily better). I was a 19-year-old single girl with nothing more than a box full of clothes, a box full of shoes, and a backpack with school supplies, eager to take on the real college experience, complete with dorm room living, late night Taco Bell runs, and frequent trips to the mall with friends. I now return with a husband, a puppy, a grownup apartment, a renewed sense of responsibility, and no friends to go back to. This, my friends, will be the start to a lot of changes. Forgive my absence while we unload the truck and unpack the boxes, but when I come back, I'll have lots more to share. Again, thoughts and prayers are always appreciated!!
